seeks a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner to lead CMMS, manage assets and spares, and plan preventative maintenance to maximize equipment availability. The site CMMS lead will extract data to support the site engineering manager, train staff, and ensure adherence to IntlRME standards across Mexico's Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Network. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in maintenance/engineering or reliability environments.
• 1+ years CMMS experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reading/writing technical documents.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the site SME on CMMS; train the local engineering team and elevate issues as required.
• Ensure the CMMS is run in line with IntlRME standards and participate in related projects.
• Ensure site equipment, spare parts and minimum holding levels are accurately recorded.
• Forecast and assign preventative maintenance to technicians to maximize availability.
• Compile equipment data, performance metrics and machine histories; suggest improvements.
• Manage spare parts stock levels and coordinate with procurement for cost savings.
