Amazon Operations in Mexico seeks a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to lead a team of technicians, focus on safety, train and coach staff, and maximize equipment availability through preventive maintenance and strict processes.

The role requires managing shifts, organizing training, and collaborating with the broader network to implement standard practices and safety compliance programs across sites in the region.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Reliability Program Manager or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal- 5+ years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience.
• Master's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics.
• Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience with statistical analysis.

• Organize local projects or support BR level projects as assigned by the manager.
• Be prepared to work on shift to maintain a strong connection to the team and daily work.
