Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Area Manager for Reliability Maintenance Engineering in Mexico. You will lead and develop a team of technicians, ensuring high equipment availability through proactive maintenance and adherence to safety standards.

You will collaborate with the broader network to apply technical expertise, implement preventative maintenance, and support safety and compliance programs as needed. The role may require shift work to stay connected with the team.

Formación

• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in complex automated systems.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in oral and written communication in English and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to operate safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the network to develop solutions and leverage technical expertise.
• Assist the Reliability Engineering Manager with safety programs and compliance audits.
