Job summary

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to lead a team of technicians, coaching them to maintain safety and equipment availability.

The role partners with Site Safety and leadership, driving preventative maintenance programs and ensuring compliance across shifts.

Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required, with strong communication to collaborate with a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of reliability program management or similar.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong English communication skills.
