Mission

To lead the delivery of high quality, consistent and customer-centric services by ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment and continuous improvement across all service delivery functions

Main Activities
  • Develops and implements service delivery strategy in alignment with Plants, Transport Competency Center business goals; lead, mentor and develop a cross-functional service delivery team to ensure the highest standards of performance
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, cost reduction and improve internal customer satisfaction
Core Skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, familiarity with process automation tools and knowledge of quality control systems
  • Proficiency in forecasting models, and expertise in logistics analytics tools
  • Expertise in financial analysis software, familiarity with budgeting platforms, and advanced reporting tools
  • Problem-solving, leadership, operational knowledge, communication
  • Analytical and forecasting skills, attention to detail, knowledge of fleet operations
  • Financial acumen, data analysis, cost management, reporting skills
Education
  • Degree in operations management or engineering, hands-on experience in industrial settings
  • Training in capacity planning and optimization, experience with Transport and network design management software
  • Degree in finance or supply chain, training in budget creation and cost analysis, proficiency in Excel or similar tools
  • 8-10 years' experience in Automotive and/or Transportation Management
