Confidential Jobs is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director for a leading pharmaceutical company in Mexico. The role oversees end-to-end supply chain functions including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, distribution, customer service and inventory management to support growth across Mexico and LATAM.

The ideal candidate will have proven SCM leadership in pharma, deep knowledge of the Mexican market and LATAM operations, and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead S&OP and integrated business planning to improve forecast accuracy.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and service.
• Build partnerships with manufacturing, commercial teams, suppliers, and 3PLs.
• Lead transformation projects including standardization and digitalization.
• Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams with accountability.
• Manage key supply chain KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance.

A leading pharmaceutical company in Mexico is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead its end-to-end supply chain function during a significant growth and transformation phase.

This executive will be responsible for defining and executing the company's supply chain strategy, ensuring operational excellence while supporting business expansion across Mexico and the LATAM region. The role will oversee demand and supply planning, S&OP, procurement, logistics, warehousing, distribution, customer service, and inventory management, ensuring high service levels, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the long-term supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Leading S&OP and integrated business planning processes to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, and working capital.
• Building strong partnerships with manufacturing sites, commercial teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Leading supply chain transformation projects, including process standardization, digitalization, and performance optimization.
• Developing, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Managing key supply chain KPIs and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Director within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and exposure to LATAM supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
