Cyera is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team for the Carolinas region. You will drive territory growth, meet quotas, mentor Account Executives, and manage relationships with key customers and channel partners.

The role emphasizes cloud security, data risk, and proven sales leadership in a fast-growing startup. Remote work is possible with regional coverage in the US.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams selling large deals in hyper growth startup environments.
• Strong communication skills with executive customers and leadership.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security concepts.
• Familiarity with data security/compliance frameworks and their business impact.
• Ability to coach sales teams in prospecting and consultative selling.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Team using approved methodologies and CRM practices.
• Mentor Account Executives on prospecting, key accounts, and maintenance.
• Review activity, leads, and performance; address issues and provide guidance.
• Coach team on skills development and career path direction.
• Identify growth opportunities and participate in recruiting and interviewing.
• Manage relationships with principals, customers, and channel partners.
• Ensure ongoing visibility into sales activity and escalation handling.
