Job summary

Beiersdorf is seeking a senior Quality leader to provide strategic guidance across PC/3PM Quality Managers and regional networks. You will ensure alignment of manufacturing quality strategies with global standards while adapting to regional regulations and priorities.

You will drive COPQ reduction, lead capability development, and oversee regional audit programs and supplier quality. The role emphasizes partnering with senior stakeholders and propagating best practices across the network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience largely in Quality.
• Expert knowledge of cGMP & FDA requirements for OTC/Derma/Healthcare and Cosmetic products.
• Expert knowledge of Quality processes at Manufacturing.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and other Supply Chain functions.
• Ability to identify and replicate best practices across manufacturing networks.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to PC/3PM Quality Managers, ensuring alignment of manufacturing quality strategies, priorities and objectives across the regional network.
• Monitor and accountable of regional performance KPI’s, identify gaps and elevate risks for PC’s.
• Ensure consistency across local teams at PC’s and regional/global priorities.
• Adapt and guarantee global standards to regional regulations (PC’s).
• Promote operational excellence and quality cost optimization (COPQ) by driving standardization, loss elimination, process capability improvement.
• Lead capability development and talent management for PC/3PM Quality Managers.
• Provide governance and oversight of regional audit programs, supplier quality performance and manufacturing quality system effectiveness.
• Champion the identification, deployment, and replication of best practices across PC network.
• Support & ensure quality in selection of new suppliers (RPM, 3PM) within regional / local Sourcing Teams (RMT).
• Lead quality governance for strategic projects, technology transfers, capacity expansions / implementation of new manufacturing technologies.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of industry experience largely in Quality area
• Expert knowledge of cGMP & overall FDA requirements / guidelines for OTC / Derma / Healthcare and Cosmetic products. Familiarity to US FDA is a plus
• Expert knowledge of Quality processes at Manufacturing
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and other Supply Chain functions
• Ability to identify and replicate best practices across manufacturing networks
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking
