Job summary

Beiersdorf Group is seeking a seasoned Quality leader to drive strategy across PC/3PM Quality Managers in the regional network. The role focuses on aligning manufacturing quality strategies with global standards and regulatory requirements, while driving performance and continuous improvement.

You will influence senior stakeholders across Quality, Manufacturing and Procurement, with a strong emphasis on governance, risk management and successful implementation of new technologies in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in quality.
• Expert knowledge of cGMP and FDA guidelines for OTC/Derma/Healthcare and Cosmetic products.
• Familiarity with US FDA is a plus
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align across Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and other Supply Chain functions

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to PC/3PM Quality Managers across the regional network.
• Monitor regional KPIs and identify gaps and escape risks for PC’s
• Ensure consistency across local teams with regional/global priorities
• Adapt and guarantee global standards to regional regulations (PC’s)
• Drive standardization and loss elimination to optimize COPQ
• Lead capability development and talent management for PC/3PM Quality Managers
• Oversee regional audit programs, supplier quality and quality system effectiveness
• Champion replication of best practices across the PC network
• Support supplier selection within regional/local Sourcing Teams
• Lead quality governance for strategic projects and manufacturing tech implementations

Your Tasks

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to PC/3PM Quality Managers, ensuring alignment of manufacturing quality strategies, priorities and objectives across the regional network
• Monitor and accountable of regional performance KPI’s, identify gaps and escape risks for PC’s
• Ensure consistency across local teams at PC’s and regional/global priorities
• Adapt and guarantee global standards to regional regulations (PC’s)
• Promote operational excellence and quality cost optimization (COPQ) by driving standardization, loss elimination, process capability improvement
• Lead capability development and talent management for PC/3PM Quality Managers
• Provide governance and oversight of regional audit programs, supplier quality performance and manufacturing quality system effectiveness
• Champion the identification, deployment, and replication of best practices across PC network
• Support & ensure quality in selection of new suppliers (RPM, 3PM) within regional / local Sourcing Teams (RMT)
• Lead quality governance for strategic projects, technology transfers, capacity expansions / implementation of new manufacturing technologies

Your Profile

• 10+ years of industry experience largely in Quality area
• Expert knowledge of cGMP & overall FDA requirements / guidelines for OTC / Derma / Healthcare and Cosmetic products. Familiarity to US FDA is a plus
• Expert knowledge of Quality processes at Manufacturing
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and other Supply Chain functions
• Ability to identify and replicate best practices across manufacturing networks
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking
