Lead overall program management activities to ensure achievement of defined business metrics, financial targets, and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive business growth by supporting commercial activities, quotations, and new business opportunities in partnership with Sales.
Lead cross-functional program teams and ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, logistics, finance, and customer stakeholders.
Secure required support from functional managers and maintain accountability for program execution across all disciplines.
Manage customer expectations and maintain strong customer relationships throughout program development and launch.
Establish and maintain effective communication processes and information flows across all functions, sites, and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to INPRO methodologies, procedures, governance requirements, and defined program responsibilities.
Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision for Program Engineers assigned to the program portfolio.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action activities across programs and project management processes.
Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and mandatory training requirements.
Support other functional areas as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
