The Gund Company in Mexico is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to perform purchasing‑specific tasks independently, including daily entry of purchase orders for U.S., Mexico, and Canada facilities, and to maintain electronic filing systems and databases.

The role interfaces with internal customers and vendors, manages the transactional purchasing process to ensure a continuous supply of raw materials, and handles project assignments as needed.

Formación

• Experience entering data into integrated ERP systems; VISUAL ERP preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Enter daily purchase orders for U.S., Mexico, and Canada facilities.
• Maintain electronic filing systems and databases.
• Interface with internal customers and vendors.
• Expedite supplier orders as needed.
• Interact with suppliers daily.
• Review inventories and order as required.
• Track the status of orders.
• Follow the corrective action process for damaged goods.
