The Gund Company is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage daily entry of purchase orders for designated U.S., Mexico, and Canada facilities. The role requires ERP proficiency, supplier interaction, and ensuring raw material availability to support customer needs in multiple regions.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of purchasing experience, manufacturing exposure, and strong Spanish-English communication. MS Office skills and problem-solving ability are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three years purchasing experience.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure continuity of raw material supply for designated U.S., Mexico, and Canada facilities.
• Execute the Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processes across all facilities.
• Execute Vendor Acknowledgement and inform scheduling of deviations.
• Expedite supplier orders via the Vendor Order Expediting Process.
• Execute the Material Transfer Process.
• Interact with suppliers daily and track order status.
• Resolve issues with facilities, suppliers, and carriers.
