FORVIA in Querétaro is seeking a Regional PC&L Manager to lead production control and logistics across multiple sites, deploying the PC&L policy in the ULE South and coordinating with Sales, Production, Planning and Procurement. You will oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a technical field, 10+ years in production control and logistics, 5+ years as a PC&L leader, and fluent English.

Formación

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of Production Control and Logistics experience.
• 5+ years in charge of PC&L Manager or similar.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.
• International mindset, overseas experience a plus.
• Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience manage of conflicts.
• Experience to manage customs, transportation topics and material planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, distribution).
• Monitor inventory at the ULE South plants daily to meet objectives.
• Manage inventory reduction activities and convergence plans.
• Apply PC&L tools and manage risks and opportunities within the Region.
• Track freight costs to trigger savings initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Sales, Production, Planning, Procurement and Customer Service.
