Forvia seeks a Production Supervisor for its San Juan del Río, Querétaro site. You will oversee process control, lead rapid response meetings for claims and defects, and drive daily management with MOD and leadership to improve quality, efficiency and on-time shipments.

You will coach operators, implement lean tools, manage 5S, and participate in setup/change management to sustain site performance. Fluent English is required and 2–3 years in a similar role is expected.

Formación

• Minimum education level: Process, Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent English as a core requirement.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process control.
• Lead Rapid Response Meetings for customer claims, defects, warranties, and top defect management.
• Daily meetings with MOD and Management.
• Analyze and solve quality problems.
• Review Internal Quality Level daily.
• Review Efficiency and Productivity per area daily.
• Propose weekly production schedule (sequence & priorities).
• Ensure compliance to shipment dashboards.
• Set Up / Process change management.
• Lead 5S initiatives.
• Risk assessment and daily quality basics review.
• Follow Lean tools implementation and inventory management (COGIS & SAP).
• Support creation of methods to ensure site management systems performance.
