Forvia is seeking a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor to manage the internal flow from receipt to shipping, ensuring on-time customer delivery and efficient production line support. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to collaborate with quality, production and engineering to keep the plant running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and experience in industrial logistics or production, with proficiency in English and knowledge of logistics systems.

As the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping. You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also work closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering

Professional Experience:

• Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting

Skills and competencies:

• English language required
• Knowledge of logistics tools and systems, such as MRP, FIFO, and MPM
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
