YouGov is seeking a Regional Panel Manager to oversee regional panel health, feasibility and audience development, coordinating across regional commercial and research needs and global panel activity. The role prioritises evidence-led decisions, profiling depth and measurable objectives to support priority audiences.

Responsibilities include monitoring panel health, coordinating cross-functional responses, and designing targeted regional experiments to improve coverage and deliverability.

Formación

• Strong understanding of online panels, sampling and sample feasibility.
• Ability to interpret panel, sampling and survey-performance data.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and report on regional panel health and activity against benchmarks.
• Develop understanding of regional sample feasibility and limitations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot panel-related issues affecting delivery or growth.
• Coordinate with regional teams to translate demand into audience requirements.
• Develop and maintain the regional panel development plan with measurable objectives.
• Identify gaps in profiling coverage and coordinate actions to address them.
• Coordinate regional experimentation across acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Measure the effectiveness of the regional panel development plan.
