Red Bull is seeking a Regional On Premise Manager to drive On Premise volume and brand development across the region. You will lead the Musketeers, optimize resources, and ensure premium brand standards in the On Premise network.

Based in Monterrey, Mexico, you may currently be located in Guadalajara and must be willing to relocate. You will train and develop the Musketeer team, manage budgets, and collaborate with Off Premise and Marketing to execute the national plan.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing or similar).
• 3–4 years sales experience with a strong track record of success.
• 2–3 years of management experience (On Premise beverage industry is a plus).
• Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts and experience in the scene.
• Strong analytical, planning and financial skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Responsabilidades

• Be the brand ambassador for Red Bull in the On Premise network and lead the Musketeers.
• Communicate effectively with Musketeers and National On Premise Manager; collaborate with regional teams.
• Ensure premium On Premise activation and event participation; monitor profitability of invitations.
• Plan and develop the regional area; implement the national On Premise strategy in the region; drive growth.
• Own the regional budget and keep Musketeer activity records; report deadlines and competitive activity.
• Develop and execute the regional On Premise marketing strategy with the National Manager; seek added value for main accounts.
• Set up and execute regional training plans; train and coach Musketeers; spend significant field time with team.
• Identify and screen qualified Musketeer candidates; interview and assess candidates on sales and communication skills.
