Job summary

Emergent Cold LatAm is seeking a Regional Compliance Audit Lead to direct annual audit plans across Mexico and the Caribbean, defining methodology and reporting templates. You will coordinate with cross-country teams, review reports, and support investigations while ensuring internal controls meet regional standards.

Requirements include a CPA or law degree with 2–3 years in compliance or audit, Big 4 or multinational experience preferred, and strong English and Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Auditing (CPA) or Law is required.
• 2–3 years of compliance or audit experience you bring.
• Big 4 or multinational experience is desirable.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional compliance audits and monitor plans and reports.
• Coordinate with cross-country teams and train regional staff.
• Manage third parties under due diligence policy and dashboards.
• Support investigations and maintain whistleblower processes.
• Ensure controls and reporting align with regional standards.
