Job summary

IFF is seeking a seasoned commercial leader to steer the regional organization from its hybrid base in Tlalnepantla, Mexico. You will shape strategies, build partnerships with top customers, and drive sustainable growth across the region.

In this role you will oversee P&L, negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate with R&D, Operations and Marketing to deliver customer-focused solutions. The position requires a strong track record in leadership and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial organization across the region/sub-region, driving sustainable and profitable growth aligned with strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to expand market presence and revenue growth.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers and position IFF as an innovation partner.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations including pricing strategies and long-term supply agreements.
• Own regional P&L performance, delivering revenue, margin, and expense targets.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Marketing to provide integrated customer solutions.
• Drive operational excellence through portfolio optimization and disciplined execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer innovation programs and growth initiatives.
• Develop a high-performing commercial organization through coaching and succession planning.
