Job summary

APOTEX is seeking a Senior Manager, Channel Visibility & Analytics to drive reliable, actionable visibility of product availability, inventory, distribution and performance across OTC, Rx / Established Products and SACCA in the region. The role will translate channel data into insights and priorities, working with commercial and supply stakeholders.

Initially focused on Mexico, the position requires strong analytics and BI proficiency to guide critical decisions and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, analytics or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen linking data to business impact.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities; integrate multiple data sources.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple units and countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional channel visibility across OTC, Rx/Established Products and SACCA.
• Own acquisition of channel data from distributors and pharmacy chains; negotiate data access.
• Consolidate data into a reliable view of availability and performance.
• Identify availability and distribution gaps: out-of-stocks, low rotation, delistings.
• Provide visibility by customer, geography, POS and SKU to prioritize opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Establish regular follow-up routines and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Support data-driven decisions on distribution, coverage and product movement.
