Daikin seeks a Recruiter to support talent acquisition for administrative, engineering, and indirect roles within the manufacturing industry in the Tijuana area. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain positive communication with internal clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• 3+ years of recruiting experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing schedules.
• Experience conducting cold calls and proactively sourcing candidates.
• General knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Conduct cold-calling activities to identify and attract qualified talent.
• Perform phone screenings and initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide continuous follow-up to candidates throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job vacancy records.
• Support administrative recruiting activities, including personnel file preparation and onboarding follow-up.
• Participate in talent attraction initiatives and events as required.
