• Desired Bachelor's degree in management or related
• Desirable 4 years in similar position
• English advanced desirable
• Desired deep knowledge of the strategic recruitment process for Direct Work, Indirect Work and Salary positions, Basic knowledge of Federal Labor Law, knowledge in System Three (payroll database), Talent detection and attraction, MS Office, at least medium label in Excel
