Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to join our global team, focused on corporate recruitment and driving measurable results for clients. You will help shape talent strategies, manage candidate journeys, and partner with hiring managers to deliver high-impact hires.

The role emphasizes end-to-end sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive approach to matching candidates with client needs. A hybrid work model and supportive environment are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
• Contribute to the commercial success by achieving NFI targets and delivering to target start dates.
• Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements.
• Develop and support sourcing strategy for each role/business unit with hiring manager sign-off.
• Coordinate with sourcing and admin teams to ensure smooth client and candidate experience.
• Manage candidate relationships and satisfaction with the recruitment experience.
• Assist hiring managers in deciding which candidate to hire and broker the offer.
• Forecast placements based on demand, client changes, and market trends.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
• Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targets. Accountable for delivering to target start dates
• Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements
• Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy (including web-based and direct sourcing) with hiring manager
• Work effectively with the sourcing and admin team to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience
• Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the recruitment experience
• Support the hiring manager with deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer. Close the candidate: broker the offer with the chosen candidate, manage objections and support the candidate during their notice period
• Forecasting placements based on demand, changes in the clients business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demand
