Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 3+ years in Design & Release within automotive, rear axle experience preferred.
• Proficiency in CATIA or NX; GD&T, DFMEA knowledge.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in global teams and meet timing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and release of rear axle components.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, validation and vehicle engineering teams.
• Maintain DFMEA, DVPR, validation plans, specs, and change records.
• Create and release CAD models and drawings in CATIA or NX.
• Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement to meet timing, cost, and quality targets.
