Relay Human Cloud is seeking a detail-oriented US Tax Manager to join its real estate team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of tax experience across federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning within real estate, and a proactive approach to manage filings and audits.

You will support strategic tax initiatives, collaborate with finance and legal departments, and contribute to the growth of our real estate portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of tax experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Training in US federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for real estate entities
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
• Coordinate tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries
• Develop tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities
• Collaborate with finance and legal departments on tax matters
• Maintain tax compliance schedules and documentation
