The candidate will guide modernization and scalable frontend strategies, work within Agile teams, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of frontend development experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with React and TypeScript.
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Leadership or Tech Lead roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise frontend architectures.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the design and development of frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Define and promote architecture standards, code quality practices, and development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to both junior and senior developers.
