Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Director of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) to lead continuous improvement across North America. The role drives CI capability, mentors site RBS leads, and aligns the division with strategic plans to improve financial and operational performance.

You will coach teams, run Kaizen events, and develop talent while partnering with the PES RBS team to mature the system and achieve year-over-year gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 10+ years of experience across Continuous Improvement, Operations and General Management.
• Global or multi-site experience preferred.
• Project and program management expertise.
• Proficiency in change management frameworks and application.

Responsibilities

• Drive CI Roadmap for the division and cascade to sites.
• Decompose strategic vision into actionable strategies and tactics.
• Coach, mentor, and train teams on continuous improvement tools.
• Lead multiple Kaizen events and projects simultaneously.
• Develop talent and drive engagement across the PES RBS team.
• Communicate future vision and progress to leadership.
