Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Production/Manufacturing Leader to drive operations at a multi-shift site. You will oversee machining processes, coordinate resources, and push Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant engineering field, 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, and strong experience with LK/Lean and ERP systems. Onsite work at Regal Rexnord facilities in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or Business Administration (MBA) is desirable.
• Training or certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or problem-solving methodologies is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including direct responsibility for supervisors and production associates.
• Experience managing manufacturing operations across multiple shifts.
• Experience in precision machining environments, including CNC lathes, milling operations, tooling, fixtures, and machining processes is highly desirable.
• Experience managing key manufacturing indicators related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
• Experience in resource and capacity planning, production scheduling, labor management, productivity improvement, and budget control.
• Experience leading Kaizen events, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, 6S, standard work, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong experience in performance management, employee development, accountability, and resolution/escalation of operational and personnel issues.
• Working knowledge of Mexican labor, occupational safety, health, and environmental requirements, especially LFT and NOM-STPS.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations across multiple shifts.
• Manage key metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC).
• Oversee resource and capacity planning, production scheduling, and labor management.
• Drive productivity improvements and budget control.
• Lead Kaizen events and Lean initiatives (6S, standard work, waste reduction).
• Collaborate with EHS and HR to ensure compliance with labor and safety policies.
