Regal Rexnord is seeking a Plant Planning professional in Piedras Negras to ensure raw material supply, oversee inventory strategies, and drive continuous improvement across sourcing and MRO services. The role focuses on executing the production plan with accurate material availability and ISO 9001 compliance.

You will lead a small team, establish standard work, train planners, and collaborate with engineering and suppliers to meet production goals while upholding safety and company values.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible to ensuring proper supply of raw material to cover the CTB
• Develop and follow up proper inventory level strategies
• Develop problem solving in misses for 80/20
• Ensure proper raw material to execute the Production Plan
• Ensure correct raw material inventory according to goals
• Ensure Engineering changes are executed properly to avoid obsolete material
• Ensure proper service in MRO area and Provide Savings
• Ensure proper services at the Plant with indirect suppliers
• Lead the team to develop proper standard work and documentation on all positions
• Follow up critical suppliers with sourcing
• Establish proper routines and standards to ensure standards are executing accordingly
• Lead Continuous Improvement and problem-solving activities
• Ensure proper training to develop the Planning team
• Execute 1:1’s
• Follow up Escalation Process
• Meet applicable requirements to accomplish ISO 9001
• Responsible to follow and accomplish the Healthy and Safety Politics and Procedures of the Plant by ensuring the proper execution of instructions and procedures applicable to the area
• Ensure Company Values are in place within the team
