FedEx is seeking a Ramp Operations Supervisor to oversee loading/off-loading, weight and balance, and to ensure safe, efficient ramp activity at the FedEx facility. You will lead a team, enforce procedures, and coordinate with local authorities to comply with regulations.

The role requires five years of ramp operations experience, a dispatch license, Air Ops courses, and strong leadership and communication skills. English fluency is mandatory.

Formación

• Two years of college or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (600 TOEIC points).
• Five years of ramp operations experience.
• Dispatch license mandatory; Air Ops courses valid.
• Leadership, planning, judgment, & communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise loading/off-loading and weight/balance of aircraft.
• Schedule manpower to maximize efficiency within budgets.
• Ensure ramp operations are performed safely and efficiently.
• Oversee aircraft arrival/departure maintenance and security.
• Coordinate with local airport officials and communicate regulatory changes.
