FedEx is seeking a Ramp Operations Supervisor in Toluca, Mexico to oversee loading/off-loading of aircraft, ensure safety, and manage customs clearance procedures at ramp facilities. You will supervise a team and coordinate with local officials and Flight Operations, maintaining weight and balance and enforcing policy compliance.

Requirements include a dispatch license, Air Ops courses, two years of college, five years in ramp operations, and fluent English (TOEIC 600).

Formación

• Two years of college/Equivalent.
• Fluent in English (600 TOEIC points).
• Five years of experience in Ramp operations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise loading/off-loading and weight and balance of aircraft.
• Control manpower through planning and scheduling within budgets.
• Ensure ramp operations are performed safely and efficiently.
• Supervise aircraft maintenance and security for arrivals/departures.
• Supervise marshaling for arriving/departing flights and ground equipment operations.
• Maintain proper weight and balance and loading/off-loading procedures.
