ALSTOM Gruppe is seeking an experienced T&C Engineer/Technician to execute testing activities on railway signaling or telecom subsystems. You will ensure adherence to project strategy, EHS rules, and QCD targets while coordinating with field teams and subcontractors.

The role requires 1–2 years in T&C, an engineering degree (electronics/embedded preferred), and strong problem-solving and communication skills to deliver on schedule and safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum license degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience (1–2 years) in T&C.
• Scholarship dedicated to Railway industry.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out installation testing and handover from V&V SIG & COM.
• Supervise and ensure EHS requirements are implemented and tracked.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across sites and shifts.
• Maintain test procedures and complete test reports with KPI awareness.
