ALSTOM Gruppe in Cancún, Mexico, seeks a T&C Engineer/Technician to execute testing activities on railway signaling and telecommunications subsystems. You will ensure compliance with project strategy, EHS and safety requirements, and deliver tests per schedule.

The role requires a minimum engineering degree or 1–2 years in T&C, plus strong IT skills and the ability to work across teams and sites in a multi-cultural environment.

Formación

• Minimum engineering degree or equivalent; 1–2 years in T&C is acceptable.
• Experience in railway signaling or telecom subsystems is a plus.
• Familiarity with EHS requirements and project QCD targets.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and complete T&C activities for signaling or telecom subsystems.
• Test trains per the testing procedure and delivery schedule.
• Ensure EHS requirements and safety regulations are followed on site.
• Supervise and coordinate EHS and Civil Protection activities with project specialists.
• Maintain design document availability and latest revision control.
• Provide daily/weekly activity reports to management.
• Interface with Test Engineering leaders and other teams as needed.
• Escalate non-conformities and propose process improvements.
