Unilever is seeking an R2R Sr. Manager in Mexico City to lead controllership across the Americas, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong governance.

You will partner with regional and local finance teams, drive process improvements, and oversee end-to-end financial stewardship in a digitally enabled finance organization. The role requires extensive experience in finance leadership, audit, and compliance, with a focus on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ CMA preferred.
• Experience leading Finance, Accounting, Controllership, Audit or Record-to-Report operations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial reporting per accounting standards and policies.
• Oversee end-to-end controllership processes across the finance value chain.
• Lead risk identification, escalation, and remediation of financial/compliance issues.
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory reporting activities; remediate findings.
• Drive adoption of global standards while aligning with local regulatory requirements.
