MVC Resources is seeking a senior Finance leader to steer the Finance function for a fast-moving FMCG business in Ocotlán, Mexico. You will translate financial results into commercial insights for the CEO/COO and lead a capable, analytical Finance team.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, partner with heads of revenue, brand, and operations, and challenge assumptions to drive profitable growth while strengthening governance and controls.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with strong commercial acumen.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or distribution.
• Proven ability in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capability.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop teams.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate numbers into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the business with commercial assumptions.
• Provide actionable financial information to CEO/COO and support growth.
• Partner with department heads across revenue, marketing, trade, and operations.
• Analyse margins, channels, products, and promotions to drive profitability.
• Maintain strong controls, governance, and audit readiness.
• Manage working capital and inventory considerations for growth.
