Unilever is seeking a Senior R2R Manager to anchor controllership and financial governance across the Americas. The role partners with regional and country controllers, market finance teams, and global centers of expertise to drive end-to-end processes, robust balance sheet management, and risk mitigation.

The candidate will influence decision-making through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Proven record leading Finance, Accounting, Controllership, Audit, Financial Compliance, or Record-to-Report operations.
• Experience operating in global, regional, or shared services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder networks across functions and geographies.
• Experience balancing operational delivery with strategic improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end controllership oversight and governance across finance value streams.
• Lead identification, escalation, and resolution of financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Support audits, statutory reporting, and remediation of audit findings.
• Partner with Regional Controllers and Market Finance leadership to drive standardized processes and controls.
• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and digital enablement to strengthen governance.
