The candidate should read schematics for PCBA troubleshooting and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance while supporting Kaizen-driven process improvements.

Formación

• Two to three years of experience as a technician in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Technical knowledge in Electronics, Mechatronics.
• Able to read schematics for PCBA troubleshooting, execute preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Familiar with using standard MS Office programs like Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production lines capacity and balance.
• Adapt workstations for new models and implement Poka Yoke.
• Perform diagnosis, repair of electronic products, tooling verification and testing.
• Support Kaizen initiatives to improve flow processes.

Job Description

Two or Three years of experience as a technician in electronic manufacturing environment (Prefered)

Technical knowledge in Electronics, Mechatronics (Prefered)

Responsible to diagnose & repair electronic products, tooling verification, process controls, PCB repair & analysis.

Under this role the person should be able to read schematics for PCBA trouble shooting, execute preventive & corrective maintenance, screw drivers, fixtures set up & verification.

The candidate should be able to use the standard programs of microsft office like excel, power point, etc.
