Sanmina Corporation in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer 4 to evaluate, select, install and maintain SMT manufacturing equipment. You will optimize uptime, study equipment performance, and support repair and process engineering teams, writing preventative maintenance plans.

Requirements include 5+ years in SMT, knowledge of screen printers, SPI, placement, AOI and XRAY, as well as PCBA DFM and IATF 16949 experience. Proficiency in 5S and Lean Six Sigma is valued.

Formación

• 5+ years of SMT technical experience.
• Experience with SMT equipment programming (screen printer, SPI, placement, AOI, XRAY, reflow).
• Proved knowledge and experience of PCBA DFM.
• Process development for new product introductions.
• Experience working under the standard IATF 16949.
• Strong knowledge ofQuality Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC.
• 5S knowledge.
• Lean SixSigma knowledge
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
