The Opportunity
The R&D Scientist transforms technical knowledge into practical insights through formulation and application testing. By validating ingredient performance in real food systems, this role informs ingredient recommendations and supports innovation and renovation initiatives. As an individual contributor, the scientist collaborates cross-functionally to execute trials, assess technologies, and optimize processes—all aligned with the strategic goals of the Portfolio Transformation agenda.
Your Impact
As R&D Scientist your responsibilities would consist of:
Who Are We Looking For?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in R&D, with exposure to product and/or ingredient development processes.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Knowledge of food technologies and ingredient functionality, with strong problem-solving abilities and data interpretation skills.
Collaboration & Communication: Team player with proven cross-functional collaboration, able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Languages: Fluent English, required to collaborate in a global environment.
