Sanmina in Mexico is seeking a Quote Analyst to manage data consolidation and validation for cost and materials projects. You will support the Account Manager, ensuring timely delivery of reports and integrity of data used to optimize pricing and orders.

The role requires a background in administration, materials or finance, with advanced Excel skills and English proficiency. You will work with Oracle and MS Office in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience in Materials, Finance or Costing.
• Advanced Excel and Oracle knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and business English (85% written/spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Collect all necessary data from various sources, validate/clean and consolidate into working files.
• Follow instructions of Account Manager to meet deadlines for each deliverable.
• Perform weekly validation of Open Order file for assigned customers to ensure POs are at best available price; contact buyers to update POs if needed.

• Follow instructions of Account Manager to meet deadlines for each deliverable
• Perform a weekly validation of the Open Order file for the customers assigned to his team in order to make sure POs have been placed at Best available price. If not, contact the buyers to ask them to update Pos accordingly
