Avery Dennison in Mexico (Queretaro) is seeking a Financial Analyst JR to support financial analyses across performance, depreciation, working capital and investments. The role involves assisting the close process, preparing journal entries, and inputting data into planning systems.

We look for a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, 0–2 years of experience, fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to develop tables, formulas and macros in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Input data into planning systems.
• Forecast support; analyze trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, and business conditions.
• Identify process improvements.

Job Description

SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst JR prepares financial and business related analyses and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investments.

REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES: Activities and duties will vary dependent upon functional area assigned. Activities may include, but are not limited to:

• Support and assist in the close process. Complete analysis, prepare journal entries and analyze information for accuracy and completeness. Input into the system.
• Research and provide financial and business related analyses to assess the impact of various corporate projects and transactions.
• Conduct analyses and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investment.
• Support and assist in the AOP process. Coordinate preparation of cost center budgets.
• Input data into planning systems.
• Support inforecasts and analyze trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions and other related areas.
• Look for opportunities to improve the process effectiveness and improvements.

Qualifications

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance or related field.
• 0 - 2years finance or related experience. -Fluently English
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, and macros
