Valeo, a global tech automotive supplier, seeks a Quality Trainee/Apprentice to support site quality by assisting in quality control, audits, data analysis, and documentation. The role emphasizes hands-on learning in a manufacturing environment and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is pursuing an engineering degree, demonstrates analytic and communication skills, and is fluent in English; French is a plus for international collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues.
• Support audits internal and external quality audits.
• Collect and analyze quality data and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to address quality concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Learn and apply quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP).

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.
• Support the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits.
• Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system.
• Assist in maintaining quality documentation and records.
• Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, PPAP).

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in quality management.
• Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or quality-related environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a significant asset.
