LEONI in Hermosillo, Mexico, is seeking a Quality Systems professional to deploy the Integrated Management System at the facility level and ensure alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. The role includes translating requirements when necessary and coaching the plant on quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating audits, driving CAPA activities, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and local regulations.

Formación

• Develop and maintain local quality standards and tools.
• Coordinate, train and coach plant staff on quality systems.
• Lead internal and external audits and drive CAPA activities.
• Ensure plant compliance with customer requirements and ISO standards.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy the Integrated Management System (IMS) at the facility level and approve translations when necessary.
• Secure development of local standards as needed.
• Coordinate and coach the facility organization for knowledge in quality standards and tools.
• Manage management review inputs and communicate outputs.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and local regulations.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions from audits within the team.
• Lead internal and external audits preparation within the production facility.
