Job summary

You will mentor QA teams, oversee audits, and guide cross-functional quality enhancements across processes to ensure IATF 16949 alignment and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Expertise in QA systems, validations, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced project management and technical analysis skills.
• Leadership in root cause analysis and CAPA methodology.
• Ability to influence cross-functional process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance projects, validations, and process audits with emphasis on automotive industry standards and IATF 16949 compliance.
• Lead technical investigations and CAPA resolution using 8D problem-solving and RCA tools.
• Apply AIAG CORE Tools (FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, PPAP) per automotive requirements.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives for quality systems using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Author, review, and approve QA documentation aligned with IATF 16949 and AIAG standards.
• Support regulatory and customer audit preparations and responses.
