Autoliv in Mexico seeks a Quality Engineer to own customer-facing quality activities and drive problem-resolution for non-conformities reported by customers or cross-dock.

You will monitor external PPM, implement continuous improvement actions, and support lessons learned program to prevent recurrence while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or professional carrier in quality engineering.
• Familiar with core quality tools such as PFMEA, PPAP, and process flow diagrams.
• Experience with problem-solving methods (8D, Ishikawa, PDCA, Six Sigma) is desirable.

Responsabilités

What You'll Do

Single point of contact with customer which looks to reach the customer excellence. Analyze any product non-conformity reported by customer or cross dock in order to contain it and properly solve it. Responsible to monitor and track external PPM in order to generate continuous improvement actions; and support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement. What Is Required

Engineering / Professional carrier Quality Engineer

Quality basic tool knowledge: Process Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, Process Flow Diagram, Problem solving tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, PDCA, Six Sigma etc. SPC , MinitabProblem Solving, SPC or quality tool desirable
