Job summary

Valeo Service is seeking a Line Setter in a fast paced production environment. You will ensure production lines operate safely while meeting strict quality and productivity targets. You will set up and tune lines, manage changeovers, and assist maintenance to prevent downtime.

You will also maintain QRAP boards and escalate issues to protect line performance. Working in a team with a strong emphasis on safety culture and continuous improvement, you will contribute to 5S practices and process

Qualifications

• Safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to maintain quality standards across production lines.
• Implementing 5S in the work area.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to prevent downtime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure part production adheres to safety, quality, schedule, cost and volume targets.
• Set up and tune production lines to meet defined quality standards and productivity.
• Prepare and participate in changeovers to minimize changeover time and avoid downtime.
• Support maintenance actions and verify equipment before start-up.
• Fill QRAP board with safety and quality concerns and escalate when needed.
