Job summary

Valeo, a global automotive supplier, seeks a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will perform production operations, ensure quality at entry and exit, supply materials, and maintain machines while following 5S and safety standards.

You will participate in line changes, assist with maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement through daily teamwork, training, and meetings. This is a permanent, full-time position on site.

Qualifications

• Experience performing production operations in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of quality checks and basic problem reporting.
• Familiarity with 5S and safety practices in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production operations in compliance with standards and report anomalies.
• Clean and maintain machines and workstation.
• Supply the workstation with raw materials and small equipment, ensuring conformity.
• Check and control quality at machine entry/exit; isolate defects and report via QRAP.
• Monitor manufacturing process for safety, quality and productivity.
• Participate in line changes and basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain 5S at the position and inform supervisor of issues.
• Join daily/monthly meetings and training; support continuous improvement.
