Job summary

Valeo in Puebla is seeking operators to ensure production runs smoothly while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will perform production operations, monitor equipment, and maintain the workstation, reporting any anomalies using QRAP. The role includes participation in daily and monthly meetings and basic maintenance tasks.

Level 1 and Level 2 responsibilities emphasize versatility, adherence to standards, and involvement in continuous improvement projects within the site.

Qualifications

• Carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards.
• Clean and maintain machines and workstation.
• Complete production monitoring documents.
• Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
• Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts.
• Monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform series changes.
• Carry out quality control operations requiring additional technical skills.
• Ensure the proper functioning of production tools.
• Check operating and safety status of installations and equipment and perform level 1 maintenance.
• Pass instructions to the next shift and participate in daily/monthly meetings and training.
• Participate in improvement projects and adjust/parameterize production equipment.
