Freudenberg is seeking a quality-focused engineer in Toluca to guarantee compliance with the Quality Management System under IATF 16949 and customer requirements. You will ensure procedures and formats are updated and align with global and local standards.

You will identify and document issues in the quality system, product and process, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions to achieve zero defects and reliable supply for automotive customers.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 3 years in automotive industry.
• Core Tools, Quality System, DOE; customer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Guarantee compliance with the Quality Management System, according to IATF 16949 and customer's requirements.
• Ensure compliance to global and local procedures, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the customers and the vision of zero defects.
• Ensure that procedures and formats quality system are kept updated.
• Identify and record any problems relating to the quality system , product, process and quality of the processes and / or procedures.
