Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 8+ years of quality leadership in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience leading quality teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficiency with SPC, MSA, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and 8D.
• Experience managing OEM customer relationships and audits.
• Advanced English communication for customers and teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the plant's Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and others.
• Develop strategies to hit quality targets and reduce defects.
• Lead internal, external, and customer audits.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (8D, PDCA, DMAIC, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and quality costs.
• Address customer requirements and escalations with timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and others.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality performance targets, customer satisfaction goals, and defect reduction objectives.
• Lead internal, external, and customer audits.
• Manage cross-functional teams within Quality, Quality Engineering, and Management Systems.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, lowering quality costs, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Address customer requirements and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of experience in Quality leadership roles within the electronics manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proven experience leading quality teams in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, MSA, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and 8D.
• Experience managing OEM customer relationships and leading audit activities.li>
• Advanced English communication skills for interaction with customers and corporate teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
